The Ottawa Regional Youth Choir Society’s Annual General Meeting for the 2023-2024 Financial Year will be held at St. Joseph’s Parish (174 Rue Wilbrod St, Ottawa, ON) on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 8pm EST.

Notes:

  1. All choristers and are expected to attend the meeting following abbreviated rehearsal
  2. Choristers age 18 and over are voting members of the ORYC
  3. Parents of choristers are encouraged to attend. One parent of each chorister under the age of 18 may vote

We are unable to provide a remote participation option for the meeting since the facility technical capabilities do not meet statutory requirements for remote participation.
